Steven Goldberg replaces Brooks McChesney: Sunnyvale, California-based Vidient Systems, best known for its behavior recognition and video analytics software, has named Steven Goldberg as its new president and CEO. The positions were previously held by Vidient founder Brooks McChesney, who will now serve as executive vice president. Goldberg served most recently as entrepreneur-in-residence at the Menlo Park, California-based venture capital firm Venrock Associates and served previously as president and CEO of Campbell, California-based ARCWAVE, a developer of wireless networking equipment.
