Customers for anthrax detector in Persian Gulf states
UDT in distribution agreement for its portable anthrax detector in the Persian Gulf region
The fear of terrorists using anthrax is not limited to the United States, which experienced a series of small-scale anthrax attacks in the fall of 2001 (we note that the culprits are yet to be identified). Beverly Hills, California-based Universal Detection Technology (www.udetection.com ) (OTCBB: UDTT), a developer of early-warning monitoring technologies, has expanded its distribution agreement with Gulf Security Solutions (GSS), a UAE-based distributor of security products. The agreement will include UDT’s portable anthrax detectors, a product the company has been working on for a while.
“We are excited about our distribution agreement with Gulf Secutiry Solutions and we anticipate the UAE to be a promising market for our portable anthrax detectors,” said Jacques Tizabi, CEO of Universal Detection Technology.
