Canadian company Laipac Technology is showing its S911 GPS Vest which the company describes as “a high coverage assault protection designed for military, tactical law enforcement and VIP personnel that demand the highest protection.”

Canadian company Laipac Technology is showing its S911 GPS Vest which the company describes as “a high coverage assault protection designed for military, tactical law enforcement and VIP personnel that demand the highest protection.”

The vest comprise DuPont Kevlar material with IIIA Ballistic Protection and armor plate standard Level of NIJ IIIA, III and IV.

The company says that S911 Vest offers an all-in-one solution to assist law enforcement officers. Among the features the vest offers: checks the officer’s location 24/7 with GPS real-time reporting, virtual fence in/out alert, shot impact alert, tactical mission analysis, and man down alert.

The Vest also provides an automatic GPS tracking position, time, impact, and breadcrumb trail for mission analysis and response. “This helps security officers detect enemy dispositions, view tactical operations by global map and provide early warning mechanism aimed to save lives,” the company says.

The S911 GPS Vest was among the winners of the ASIS 2011 Accolades awards.
