SYS Technologies 1Q 2006 show revenues $13.1 million -- up 18 percent

SYS Technologies (AMEX: SYS), a provider of real-time information technology solutions, reported today results for the first quarter ending 30 September 2005. Revenues for the first quarter were $13.1 million, up 18 percent from the $11.1 million reported in the first quarter of fiscal 2005. Income from operations increased approximately 43 percent to $881,000 from $614,000 in the first quarter of fiscal 2005. Net income increased 56 percent to $475 thousand from $304 thousand in the first quarter of fiscal 2005, and fully diluted EPS increased to $0.04 in the latest quarter from $0.03 in the first quarter of fiscal 2005. The increase in revenues was primarily due to the acquisitions of Antin in January 2005, an acquisition which provided $2.0 million of revenues, and to the acquisition of WebTech in August 2005, which provided $300,000 of revenues.
